Featuring El Dorado, Ekuanot, Citra and Azacca hops. Additionally dry hopped with Citra, Azacca and more El Dorado because those ones we can pronounce. This beer features a medium body with just enough bitterness. Coincidentally, that is also how we describe Dave to others that have never met him. ABV: 7.0%
An American style pale ale with Nugget, Cascade, and Chinook hops to provide a crisp, refreshing taste. We finished this beer with a Cascade and Chinook dry hop because Jeremy's doctor said he needed more leafy greens in his diet. We assume this is what he meant. Pairs well with bacon. ABV: 5.4%
In collaboration with Better Man Distilling Co, this beer has been aged in their Grand Optimist Rye Whiskey Barrels. Featuring chocolate notes and a delicate oak and rye whiskey aroma. We must have done it right because Better Man still returns Gary’s phone calls ABV: 9.6% https://www.thebettermandistillingco.com/whiskies
This beer is packed with plenty of haze, featuring Amarillo, Cashmere, Mosaic and Citra hops with an additional Amarillo, Cashmere, and Citra dry hop. We didn't HAVE to use all these hops, but Gary was able to save money on his gym membership just by brewing this beer. Also, we don't have to watch him flip that huge tire around the parking lot anymore. ABV: 7.5%
McKenzie is not just the name of your first girlfriend, it’s the bright and fruity variety of hops featured in absurd quantities in this Double IPA. We sampled this brew with a spirited game of beer pong that quickly went sideways with the 8.1% kick. When he was disqualified for unnecessary roughness, Dave B. responded “At least this beer’s a winner. Now which of you knuckleheads is gonna help me fix the pong table? ABV: 8.1%
When planning for this beer, we asked Jimmy about his favorite flavors. Unfortunately, spicy buffalo wing sour ale and greasy slider saison just didn't scream success. So, we went in a more traditional and buzzier direction. We partnered with a local coffee shop, Blue Bean Cafe, to create this hearty coffee stout. ABV: 9.7%
This light, crisp pilsner is the perfect go-to after (or during) an afternoon of grueling yardwork. Tested and approved by Jimmy, who confirms this beer pairs well with all manner of outdoor cleanup, including questionable decisions to clear those pesky leaves on the roof. Reasonable safety precautions are encouraged with each can. ABV: 4.3%
When we first considered brewing a sour, Jeremy was so upset he insisted we would have to kick him out of the company before he would let that happen. Ignoring him, we went on to brew a sweet and juicy sour with peach flavor and aromas accented by a mix of Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra hops to provide even more floral and fruity notes with minimal bitterness. A kiss of honey malt adds a bit more sweetness followed by a delicate hint of sour tang. ABV: 5.5%
Made in collaboration with The Better Man Distilling Co and Blue Bean Cafe, this beer was infused with coffee and barrel aged in Rye Whiskey barrels. As Two Havens approaches it's 1 year anniversary, we raise a toast of this fine ale to our fine customers and reflect back on all the knowledge we've gained. Some of it was even about brewing beer and not just the nuances of how different American regional pizzas taste ABV:9.7%
